Nintendo Direct Announced for September 12, 2025 – What to Expect?

Nintendo has officially confirmed a brand-new Nintendo Direct for Friday, September 12, 2025. The showcase will begin at 6 AM PST / 9 AM ET / 2 PM BST and is expected to run for a full hour. This timing makes it even more special as it falls just one day before the 40th Anniversary of the legendary Super Mario Bros. series.

Back in 2020, Nintendo celebrated Mario’s 35th anniversary with Super Mario 3D World: Bowser’s Fury, Super Mario 3D All-Stars, Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit, and a Super Mario Bros. Game & Watch. Fans are now speculating that we may see an announcement for a new 3D Mario platformer, possible Mario Kart World DLC, or even a teaser for the upcoming Super Mario Bros. Movie sequel, set to release in April 2026.

Metroid Prime 4: Beyond – Release Date Incoming?
