Anaheim police reported that the incident occurred on Wednesday morning. The woman, identified as Bonnye Mavis Lear of Fullerton, fell from the golf cart and struck her head. She was transported to a local hospital and died from her injuries on Friday. Bonnye Lear, 60, worked as an administrator at Disneyland's Club 33 for 24 years. She was riding in the rear-facing seat of a new golf cart with a coworker when the cart hit a bump, causing her to fall. Ken Potrock, president of Disneyland Resort, expressed condolences and said the company is focused on supporting her family and coworkers during this time.
